Job Overview

As a Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional, you will be the face and voice of arenaflex, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers and growing your career while delivering extraordinary customer service. You will be assisting customers with account and product inquiries via phone, as well as performing account maintenance on our Business Line of Credit and a variety of Business Blueprint products. This servicing may be across Checking, Payment Accept, and Small Business Card products. You will also be trained to deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.

The hours of operation will fall within a 24/7 environment. After the 30-day training commitment, shift hours will be made available. To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $20.00 to $22.75 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. We offer a range of benefits, including:
