Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our WW Customer Trust Training – LXD team at arenaflex. As a learning professional with a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools to improve on-the-job performance
• Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure continuous improvement
• Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to promote knowledge sharing and skill development
• Consulting with customers to define problems and develop effective solutions, leveraging your expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize development time for new training materials and enhance efficiency
• Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently, ensuring timely and successful project completion
• Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
• Leading efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from insights, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
• Conducting analysis to identify key tasks and skills to target in the curriculum, performing post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics to measure impact and effectiveness
• Collaborating effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects
• 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, demonstrating your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or a related discipline
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, highlighting your ability to drive business results through data-driven decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, demonstrating your ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels
• 5+ years of driving process improvements, showcasing your expertise in identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions
