Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support and Student Mentor to join our team, with a successful track record as a reliable, committed, and encouraging tutor in an eLearning environment. As a Learning Support and Student Mentor, you will have various responsibilities involving coaching, tutoring, project management, and reporting on progress. Your primary goal will be to monitor and support our customers' personal, social, and academic development, providing advice and assistance on their studies. You will report directly to the Supervisor, Mentoring, and work collaboratively with colleagues to review learners' progress and contribute to reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to engaged customers, helping them overcome hurdles and achieve their academic goals
• Identify and address challenges that customers face in their daily lives, developing strategies to support their success
• Develop materials specific to each customer's needs, tailoring your approach to ensure effective learning and progress
• Tutor customers based on their subject needs, utilizing your expertise to fill knowledge gaps and build confidence
• Establish goals and objectives for your mentees, working closely with them to create personalized learning plans
• Stay abreast of eLearning trends, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies to better prepare and motivate customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to review learners' progress, contributing to reviews and providing actionable feedback

Essential Qualifications
