**Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
* Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
* Collaborating with our team to achieve business goals and objectives
* Providing timely and thorough activity reports to management
* Staying current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
