Key Responsibilities
As a Math Tutor at Mathnasium of Holly Springs, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional instruction/tutoring services to students, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student
- Participating in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value
- Becoming proficient with digital educational materials & processes, ensuring seamless delivery of instruction
- Teaching in-center, online, and via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices, which include individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assessing students' progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students
- Evaluating, grading, and correcting student work and homework, providing constructive feedback to students
- Supporting the maintenance of a clean & professional learning environment, ensuring a safe and conducive space for students to learn
- Assisting with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the center
Qualifications
To be successful as a Math Tutor at Mathnasium of Holly Springs, you will need to possess:
