Job Summary
The Medical Billing Revenue Cycle Trip Intake Data Entry Representative will play a vital role in our Trip Intake Team, responsible for entering base rate, loaded miles, and wait time charges into our billing system. This is a part-time position, offering 25 hours of work per week, with the potential for overtime up to 29 hours per week. As a valued member of our team, you will work remotely or on-site, Monday through Friday, for 5 hours a day, between 8 am and 5 pm Central Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply appropriate base rate mileage charges into the billing system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Apply appropriate wait time charges to the billing system, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Accurately assign accounts to the next department, ensuring timely distribution and minimizing delays.
- Ensure all accounts are worked correctly, allowing for efficient distribution to the floor and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
