Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support and service to our customers via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
