About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our blithequark Underwriting Experience (VUE) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center job; we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot, making every interaction an opportunity to build trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and concerns
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, with blithequark covering the costs of time and materials
- Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives
- Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring seamless coverage and support for our clients
- Demonstrate ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and uphold an ethical standard in all interactions
- Manage individual stress and composure, ensuring a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the VUE Team

Requirements
To succeed as a CSR at blithequark, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home, ensuring a productive and comfortable work environment
- Ability to pass a background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience, enabling you to efficiently manage and process customer information
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
