We're passionate about making a difference in the lives of caregivers and careseekers alike, and we're committed to providing exceptional support to our customers. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Expert to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for all our online careseekers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout the caregiver recruitment and hiring process. You'll work closely with our CEO and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** As an Online Customer Support Expert, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional support to our online careseekers, including creating careseeker profiles, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both parties through the process from interviewing to hiring and payroll. * Understanding the complete process from both the careseeker and caregiver points of view, including creating careseeker profiles, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both parties through the process. * Initiating customer contact and follow-ups to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. * Documenting actions and next steps to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support. * Communicating with clients easily and effectively, using good speaking skills and active listening skills. * Being flexible and adaptable, able to get past customer objections and find solutions to their problems. * Being inquisitive and wanting to get to the bottom of things, using problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. * Working collaboratively with our CEO and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support. * A working understanding and ability to utilize online software tools. * Self-starter mentality, with the ability to initiate customer contact and follow-ups. * Attention to detail, including the ability to document actions and next steps. * Good speaking skills, capable of communicating with clients easily. * Flexibility and adaptability, able to get past customer objections. * Problem-solving skills, with a desire to get to the bottom of things. * Easy to speak to and have good listening skills. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in the caregiver recruitment and hiring space. * Knowledge of online software tools and platforms. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As an Online Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of caregivers and careseekers.
