**Job Summary**
As an Online Data Entry Clerk / Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain coverage, provide departmental insights on efficiency, and create data versions to solve complex quantitative tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making
* Create dashboards on Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights
* Develop and manage records quality specifications and management to ensure data integrity and access
* Create new data pipelines from resource devices to the Data Warehouse
* Collaborate with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs, preserve complete records, and obtain business sign-offs
* Produce, maintain, and establish scalable records pipelines and data construction
* Utilize data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visuals using Power BI
* Help automate existing business functions and boost exception-based reporting
* Partner with IT and bachelor's degrees to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining)
* Evaluate large datasets to identify relevant patterns that provide actionable results
* Evaluate and resolve data discrepancies
* Validate data for formality by verifying against requirements
* Research data errors and remediate poor data
* Participate in the Data Governance course by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
* Examine and validate metrics to ensure effectiveness and provide reviews to team leaders of styles that need attention
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience performing comprehensive data analysis
* Strong experience working with Power BI
* Experience working with various data objects like Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Area, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. in Power BI
* Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code
* Proficiency in SQL, able to write complex SQL to create files and analytics
* Experience with ETL tools like SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
* Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
* Problem-solving with statistical evaluation with large data sets highly preferable
* Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
* Experience with Smartsheets
* Strong work ethic in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines

* Experience with data mining and data visualization tools
* Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
