Essential Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience in an office environment, with a preference for call center or telephone experience in a similar environment or industry.
• Knowledge of medical and claim terminology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, leadership, customer service, interpersonal, follow-up, and data entry skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
