The role of an Outdoor Living Sales Specialist may vary depending on the department you are working in, which could include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls. You may be required to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or to assist with other nearby stores.
As a full-time or part-time Outdoor Living Sales Specialist, you can expect to work 39-40 hours per week or up to 25 hours per week, respectively. You will need to be flexible and available to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, any day of the week. The role requires physical ability to stand, sit, and perform other tasks for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift weights of at least 25 pounds without assistance.
