Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a package pickup and delivery environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our computerized system to track and manage packages
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages, as well as stand for long periods of time
