Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with families, communicating effectively and providing regular updates on children's progress

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Valid telephone number and email address
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- Legitimate Social Security Number
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthiness, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field
