**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Providing excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy technology
