As a customer-centric organization, we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression on our customers. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. You'll assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues. You'll also help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism, and occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases * Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs * Use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues * Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism * Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. You'll thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and have a knack for de-escalating upset customers.
