Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities with ease
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delays
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner

Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously, with a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quality requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trust

- Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
