**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our internal teams. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining databases, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies, and marketing materials
* Assist customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls
* Log service inquiries, documenting relevant information, and scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members
* Conduct initial research on service inquiries and forward for appropriate handling
* Make deliveries to postal services and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Essential Skills & Abilities**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person
* Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
