Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Donor Processing: Accurately and promptly enter donations into our donor database, ensuring adherence to donor intent and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the Development team to generate lists and reports from the donor database as needed, providing valuable insights to inform fundraising strategies.
- Additional Duties: Be ready to assist with various tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Education
- A high school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience
- At least one year of data entry experience is required; familiarity with multi-site development and fundraising tasks is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with donor database software is highly desirable.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work well with others in a remote setting.
