Job Overview

We are seeking a Part-time Data Entry Coordinator to work on weekends and afternoons, providing critical support to our Transitional Care team. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our referral management system, providing accurate information to customers, and participating in ongoing communication with our facilities. This is a part-time, remote position, requiring you to work on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm, as well as three afternoons a week from 2pm to 5pm. You must live within driving distance to Indianapolis, Indiana, to be considered for this role.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales, with a preference for experience in verifying insurance benefits. You should demonstrate our C.A.R.E. values in all interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are essential for this position.
