Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with other duties as assigned, requiring your flexibility and adaptability. This is a remote position, but you must reside in the state of Ohio, and be available to work a schedule starting at 4am.

Key Responsibilities

• Process child support payments in the SDU system with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence
• Collect, research, organize, and analyze data, using strong analytical skills
• Work effectively as a team member, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with limited direction
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work overtime as needed to meet stringent schedules and timelines
• Provide excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
