**Responsibilities:**
As a part-time data entry specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and processing inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval
* Selecting, packing, and shipping orders with precision and attention to detail
* Operating scanners to read barcodes on products, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management
* Following on-screen prompts and instructions for various tasks, including troubleshooting and quality control
* Ensuring products meet quality requirements, adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
* Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous experience in data entry, inventory management, or warehouse operations
* Familiarity with Amazon's warehouse operations and inventory management systems
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
