**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Transcribing source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards
* Verifying the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
* Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities
* Answering queries within the EDC system in a timely manner
* Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERA's established standards
* Preparing and scanning documents into EDC systems and ERA's database
* Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma
* High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Flexibility during our company's growth stage
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of research EDC systems (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)
**Job Type & Compensation**
This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Benefits include:
