About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken individual with excellent customer interaction skills to join our team as a part-time remote outbound customer service representative. This role will be a hybrid of working from the office and working from home, with the majority of your time spent working remotely. As a critical link between our customers and our client base, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Check in with our clients to perform quality control check-ins and update them on our growth and services
- Communicate crucial details to our customers regarding the value our services provide and which services are right for them
- Match customers to the right services and set proper expectations to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Make personal connections with homeowners while treating them with the highest level of respect
- Update internal databases with critical details and special requests from homeowners
- Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over the phone and email

Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (required)
- A reliable computer and internet connection for remote work
