Job Description
As a part-time sales representative with Vector Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work from home and sell our high-quality products to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Selling Vector Marketing products and processing orders
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Meeting sales targets and earning commission-based income
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Position Details
At Vector Marketing, we offer a unique and flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home and create a schedule that suits your needs. Our part-time sales representatives can work as much or as little as they like, and we accommodate a variety of schedules, including part-time, seasonal, and flexible work arrangements.
Compensation
As a part-time sales representative with Vector Marketing, you will receive a competitive salary that is not contingent on sales performance. However, if your commission earnings for the week exceed the base pay, you will receive the higher amount. This provides a safety net for reps who may have an off week in terms of sales.
Training and Support
We place a strong emphasis on training and support to ensure that our sales representatives are well-prepared and equipped to succeed in their role. Before starting in the position, reps receive comprehensive training to ensure they are well-prepared. Additionally, ongoing support and additional training are provided as time goes on to help reps continuously improve their skills and perform well in their role.
Choice of Location
After completing the initial training, sales reps have the option to work from home or locally. Most meetings take place in the office or in person to provide continued training for advancement.
Basic Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Enjoy working with people
- Be at least 18 years old (or 17 and a 2023 high school graduate)
- Be willing to learn and apply new skills
- Be a resident of Edinburg, TX
