Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet.

- Remote Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working in a remote customer service environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with cellular phones, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with an upload speed of at least 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS.
