About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a commitment to first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain performance goals and consistently strive for excellence in all aspects of your role.
- Participate in a structured training program to become proficient in our processes and systems, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is highly desirable, although not essential.
