**Job Requirements**
* Location: Albany, NY (Onsite Only)
* Schedule: 4 Weekdays + Every Saturday
* Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.
* Typing Requirement: Must pass a 40 WPM test
As a Payment Processing Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering and processing new hire files daily
* Collaborating with IT and payroll to convert files to electronic format
* Maintaining and updating vendor contact information
* Assisting vendors with portal access issues and password resets
* Following up with vendors to correct incomplete submissions
* Opening, sorting, and processing incoming mail
* Performing case keying, copying, and QA review
* Supporting outgoing mail preparation as needed
* Assisting with statement processing and mailing
* Supporting team and supervisors with other tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**
* Minimum 2 years of Data Entry & Database experience
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Notepad++
* Must type at least 40 words per minute
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
