Key Responsibilities
- Verify the credentials of nurses who have selected a healthcare facility to work with, using online resources and following established protocols
- Follow up with nurses via written message to confirm the validity of their credentials for a specific healthcare facility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support our essential healthcare workers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems
- Manage multiple chat channels simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and responding to messages in a timely and professional manner
- Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide solutions to customers
- Perform data entry and customer service tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail
- Navigate online systems efficiently, using technical skills to resolve issues and provide support to customers
- Work requests and records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs and researching to see if the request has the necessary credentials

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
