Key Responsibilities
- Verify the credentials of nurses who have selected a healthcare facility to work with, using online resources and databases to confirm their validity
- Follow up with nurses via written message to confirm the validity of their credentials and provide support as needed
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide support and answer questions from nurses and healthcare facilities
- Manage multiple chat channels, responding to messages and providing support in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate online resources and databases to access company and client information, and to perform data entry tasks as needed
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives to resolve issues and concerns
- Work requests and records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, and identify customers' needs and research to see if request has credentials needed
- Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, and remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
- Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, and be flexible to cross-train as requested
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment
- Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate online resources and databases with ease
- Previous remote work from home experience, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
- Quick learning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong data entry skills
