About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry position. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of quality, efficiency, and innovation by analyzing data and identifying patterns and trends to improve our quality control processes. Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, verifying, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
• Help create and present results from complex data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities.
• Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding.
• Help create and disseminate specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
• Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Experience with data analysis software such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar tools.
• Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to create engaging presentations.
• Prior experience in a related field, such as quality control or data analysis.
