In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, including phone calls and emails, related to price quotes, scheduling of calibrations, and post-calibration billing. You will also be expected to provide quality customer service, ensure constant communication with customers, and stay up-to-date on our product inventory. As a Calibration Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school degree or equivalent. While not essential, we prefer candidates with call center customer service experience, as well as those who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish. A minimum of 2+ years of college education is also desirable, although not required.
