Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to resolve moderately complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Return all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers' concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained.
- Assist in developing action plans to resolve issues and build effective relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the call center management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on resolving moderately complex issues.
