- Building a base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients, as well as an understanding of association guidelines and compliance
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Flexibility and openness to work schedules that include mid-shift to late shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of your weekly schedule
- The ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and professionalism
- A reliable computer, internet connection, and a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications

- 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
