Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our card members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge
- Be accountable and take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish
- Develop innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, ultimately creating loyal advocates for the brand
- Utilize the Client First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offer travel booking and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodate the needs of our card members by collaborating with our food and beverage lounge partners
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years of recent experience serving premium clients
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
- A passion for resolving clients' issues with proactive solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, charming the client with every interaction
- The ability to listen to the client's needs and propose tailored recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction with the assistance provided
- The capacity to display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
- The ability to depend on and collaborate with your colleagues, as the lounge is a highly dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
- The capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unexpected situations may arise, putting the card members' experience at the forefront of all that you do
