About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you will be the primary point of contact for our pharmacy customers, engaging directly with them via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address a variety of topics. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for each customer, and following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their questions, concerns, and issues via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for each customer, and follow up as needed to ensure issues are resolved
- Provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and ensure their needs are met
- Think critically and make sound judgments to provide personalized solutions for our customers
- Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of pets and their parents
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medical terminology
- Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and technology systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English
