Job Overview

We are seeking 25+ talented and experienced customer service professionals to join our remote team in Texas and Arizona. As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and building lasting relationships. This is a contract position through January, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. You should be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute and have access to hard-wired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 50 mbps. Additionally, you must reside in Texas (excluding Houston) or Arizona and be available to work any shift during our hours of operation, Monday through Sunday, 8am-7pm central.

Compensation and Benefits
