Key Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and consistency
Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to changing projects and updates
Utilize time and task management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills and achieve certifications
Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels to ensure compliance and consistency

Essential Qualifications

18 years of age or older
Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection
Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
High level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working from home and self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
Previous experience in a call center environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
