We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Perform application data entry, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date

- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in accordance with blithequark's standards

Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a reliable internet connection and a personal device with a functioning camera
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet)
- NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites, or Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with experience handling high-volume calls and resolving customer complaints
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience using technology to manage customer interactions and improve the customer experience
- Spanish bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
