- Utilize client platforms, such as Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, to manage and respond to customer inquiries (training provided).
- Maintain attention to detail and provide accurate information to customers.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customer concerns, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as required by clients.
- Collaborate with the HelpBulb team to ensure seamless communication and support.
