Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing High-Volume Calls: Efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Determine customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Providing Multi-Channel Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective support.
- Working Variable Schedules: Be available to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules, including overtime as necessary.
- Maintaining Regular Attendance: Demonstrate regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
- Ability to Multitask: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask, handling multiple calls and customers simultaneously.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong educational background in a related field preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, with minimal breaks.
- Availability: Willingness to work one Saturday per month and a 5pm-Midnight shift.
