Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing a variety of requests in an efficient and effective manner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will utilize your knowledge of our products and services, combined with excellent customer service skills, to resolve issues, provide support, offer information, and place orders, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and retained. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $17.50 for English-speaking representatives and $20.00 for bilingual French-speaking representatives.
