As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional phone support and ensuring that their specialty medication needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and updating benefits, assisting patients with interpreting and entering new or reordered medications into our pharmacy system, communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in effectively collaborating with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure that specialty medications are processed on time and that financial and clinical expectations are met prior to fulfillment.
