In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and updating benefits, assisting patients with interpreting and entering new or reordered medications into our pharmacy system, communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise. - Process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and updating benefits

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone
- At least one year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
- At least one year of computer keyboarding experience, with strong skills and proficiency
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- At least six months of experience resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and medical terminology
