Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry or environment
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, internet browsing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
