Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. The majority of your calls will involve discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions, and warranty questions. You will also assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions.
