Essential Qualifications and Requirements

- A current active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, NOT Personal Lines) in a minimum of 35 states, but preferably all 50 + D.C.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success and customer service excellence
- Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and insurance principles
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment
