Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by explaining policy coverage, claim status, and assisting with claim payments or other policy information to policyholders and/or interested third parties via inbound calls. You will utilize multiple systems to ensure that all inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally, with a focus on first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will maintain adherence to defined operational standards, including attendance, utilization, call quality, and other key performance indicators.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Location and Schedule

This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, with a nationwide scope (excluding Houston, TX, Miami, FL, New York, California, Hawaii, Washington, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Vermont, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Maine, and Wyoming). You will need to have open availability Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm CST. The training program is 2-3 weeks long, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm CST. Post-training, you will be assigned to a 40-hour workweek, with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented.
