**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring all account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system
* Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism
* Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing the risk of further complications
* Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth
**Key Results Areas**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be measured on the following key results areas:
* Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time, ensuring efficient and effective call handling
* Achieving Quality Assurance goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
* Adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.), ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency
**Ideal Candidate Qualifications**
The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and effectively communicate with outside parties. A strong focus on exemplary shift attendance is required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications. A High School graduate or equivalent is required.
**Technical Requirements**
For Remote Positions:
* Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
* Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
* Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
**Camera Requirements**
* Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)

**Paid Training**
Our paid training program will begin on Monday, January 20, 2025, and will take place from Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST. Following training, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including:
* Monday through Friday: 7am - 9pm EST (Monday shifts are 10 hours)
* Saturday: 7am - 5pm EST
