Positions Schedule
As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you can expect a flexible schedule that includes:
- Monday: Work from our Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8AM-5PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, your primary duties will include:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing productivity
- Answering incoming service calls, addressing customer concerns, and adjusting technician schedules as needed
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Investigating customer concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
- Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to optimize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain our membership base

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Detail-oriented with the ability to think proactively and prioritize tasks effectively
