Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Technical aptitude, with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products.
- Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework is preferred.
- High School Diploma is required, with some college-level coursework preferred.
- Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN.
